We will address concrete problems together but we choose NOT to dive into an isolated operational problem right away, and instead we take a step back and look at the big picture together. This way, we address each obstacle & opportunity grounded in a shared understanding of today and vision of tomorrow.

Gathering
We all have been in a number of sessions where we received a number of slides:
  • On topics we already know about, sometimes, more than the presenter.
  • About great concepts that do not survive the field.
  • That we unfortunately have not had the time to act on.

Although we do bring top-priority, actionable, and innovative insights to the HR Circles (as a way to initiate and enrich the conversation), the emphasis is on us getting together, not on the content we curate.

We hold space in a way that group intelligence can emerge: self-reflection, group strategy and finally, actually following through and delivering results.
A Series
If you played with the magic wand above, the organization that appeared to you is probably very different from what most of the world is currently experiencing. Envisioning it in more detail is already a powerful creative act in itself, let alone developing solutions to bridge the gap between today and that tomorrow, and testing them. It won’t be done in one gathering, or a day. This is why it is a series of Gatherings.

In order to let collective intelligence emerge organically, we want to avoid imposing our limited perspective, and on the contrary invite and integrate the wisdom of everyone joining us.
