The concept of a "betting table" comes from Basecamp (see the book Shape up).

At Basecamp, it is a meeting where stakeholders decide what to do in the next cycle. "The potential bets to consider are either new pitches shaped since the last Betting Table, or possibly older pitches that someone specifically chose to revive.
There is no backlog to organize. Just a few good options to consider."

We follow this 3-step process:

• All Members share their availability for the next Circle and their Pitch(es)
• Participating Members (who will join) vote for their preferred Pitch through ranking
• We share the Plan with the Community. If there is a tie, we organize another round of voting or call a short meeting

How would you run the session to meet that goal within 2 hours?
Why is it important?
Why is it the right time?
Who do you like to gather to get the most out of this session? (Members, and Ideal)
