The sessions won’t be 100 slides (however amazing we can make them) shoveled down your throat, with too little time to reflect and/or act on them. We gather to take a step back, slow down and reflect deeper so that we can co-create the right solutions and bring about much needed change: we believe in both incremental improvements and reinvention. Reinvention comes from a different place, and we give our permission to be in that space.

Not a quick & easy fix but a space to strategize and follow through together so we maximize chances to see the organization we desire. We’re building a community & here are the first 3 meetups we are co-creating:
  1. Vision: What is the vision we want to stand for?
  2. Reality: Where are we today? What is working? What's not working? SWOT.
  3. Opportunities/Obstacles: What is getting in the way? What opportunities are emerging?
Imagine a trusted circle of HR friends ready for action when you were facing Covid or the Earthquake, imagine coming together in the next crisis?
